MIO-PSW Carrier for 4 MIO modules

The MIO-PSW carrier only needs one Ethernet RJ45 cable with POE capability.  The ethernet port supports 1 Gb speeds.  An ethernet switch on the carrier routes traffic to each of the 4 modules hosted by the carrier. The modules can be of dissimilar types.
